Congratulations to the Mosquito AA Red for winning the Tier 1 Provincial Championship this weekend. They played a fantastic tournament against some very good teams to become the top team in Alberta for their division. Great work everyone !!!!


Congratulations to the St Albert Midget AAA Red team for winning the Tier 1 Provincial Championship this weekend. They will be playing in Baseball Canada Midget AAA National Championships in Fort McMurray on August 16-19. Please round up your crews and head up to support the guys. The Cardinals played an outstanding tournament and earned the right to represent Alberta in the Nationals.


Registration for Fall Ball 2018 is now open (Register Here) . Fall Ball is for all players born in 2009 (2nd year rookie) and older.

Fall Ball will begin at the end of August with games running on the weekends through the month of Septermber.
Schedules will be created by Baseball Alberta and will be posted on their website when they are available.

Cost is $275 and you can go online to your SAMBA registration account.
Please note that due to infield reconstruction that there will be NO HOME GAMES for players at the Bantam and PeeWee Levels. These levels will have practices in the outfiled only. All games will be played at diamonds that are not in St. Albert.


SAMBA would like to congratulate all of our Provincial A teams at all divisions. Bantam won Gold in tier 2, PeeWee A Red won Silver in Tier 2, PeeWee Blue won Silver in tier 4. We are very proud of the sportsmanship and hard work put in by the young athletes in all divisions. Keep up the great work!

Parking at Legion

Parking at Legion Park is limited do to construction. To help alleviate some issues caused by this, parking is permitted on the grass. However, please do not block the sidewalks. If you choose not to heed this friendly advice, the City’s By Law will ticket your vehicle. SAMBA is Not responsible for any fines that you may incur when parking improperly at Legion. Thank you for your patience with the construction and we ask that you remain patient with the crews working to make our glorious city even more glorious-er.
